Great place to buy a luxury watch

First came across SwissTimePieces a good few years ago via Facebook adds and I was drawn by the professional looking website, logo and their setup as well as company location and customer rating. I have followed them ever since checking their stock regularly, until recently when i could finally pull the trigger and buy my first Rolex! I emailed the guys on Christmas Eve asking how id go about reserving the root beer they had listed so it would be available to view if I drove over in person. Surprisingly i received a reply within the hour from Sam with details on how to reserve the watch and book an appointment which was all done and dusted within minutes with any questions i had answered. On the day i was met by Kieran (Terrible with names so apologies if it was someone else) who had everything ready to view and explained everything in detail about the Watch itself, the various items that accompanied it as well as how to maintain and care for it. He had such a wealth of knowledge and the passion for what they do really comes across both in person with Kieran and Sam via Email exchanges, they really put your mind at rest in making such a large purchase and the quality was exactly as they described online. My watch was down as Mint and thats exactly how it was. There were no selling techniques, no hard sales just watch chat and any questions i had were answered in depth both in person and since purchasing via email and i left with a good understanding on how to look after and use the watch and it was sized there and then ready to go! I cant speak highly enough of the guys at SwissTimePieces and when the times right to purchase another watch i wouldn’t look anywhere else! Their prices are spot on, but putting that aside you pay for a service and they’ve nailed it and I can’t wait to see the company grow even bigger. They offered me on average 12% more for my watch than the others, after agreeing the price, the collection was faultless and no stress, I was informed when they had received the watch, when they had checked it was in the condition stated, great communication at every step. I have been researching for a number of years on which Rolex to buy and i finally settled on the Explorer 11 Polar dial. I have been looking at Swiss Timepieces site and noticed a 2021 model was available. I finally took the plunge whilst I was away on holiday and made a holding deposit on the watch until I could get to the showroom to collect. The payment & appointment booking was easy to do. On the day of the appointment we was greeted by Kieran a lovely friendly guy who is so full of knowledge of Rolex and watches in general. The watch was exactly as advertised with all original papers, cards, box and tags in excellent condition. What we thought was nice was he was interested in my journey into buying a Rolex and the reason behind buying it which for me is to wear it and not lock it away and never be seen like so many others do. We were treated to a explanation of the watch and its origins and the Rolex watch industry in general and the bracelet was adjusted to fit my wrist whilst I was there its been on my wrist ever since. The appointment over run by an hour as we were enjoying the whole experience so much. If you are in the market for a quality watch your first stop I recommend to be is Swiss Timepieces Ulverston they are professional, knowledgeable and passionate about their industry. I had been looking for a manual wind Grand Seiko for some time before I happened to see the limited edition SGBW 289 Sakura on the Swiss Timepieces website. I dealt with a very helpful salesman called Kieran, who sent me a personalised video and plenty of photographs and information detailing the watch. Although the watch was pre-owned, it it was in mint condition and looked absolutely beautiful. Once we had agreed a price and it had been paid for the watch was dispatched and I received it the next day, with everything exactly as described by Kieran. I cannot recommend Swiss Timepieces highly enough for their professional service and customer care.
